Squat Like You Mean It! Workout Wed!

So I LOVE to squat. No for real. So I thought I would show you how I was taught to squat. (Shaun T style)
Start With you Feet hip width apart!

Lower yourself down. Weight in the heals. 

Tuck your booty under

When you come up lift through your heals and push your hips forward. You should also tighten your lower abs.

Back view so you can see that you should also squeeze your glutes at the bottom and the top!
