Workout Wednesday: Pike ups!



So let me tell a story. 
When I started my T25 journey I never ever thought I could do one of these. But now I can! 

Start in plank position. 

Then into downward dog
Stay in downward dog for each rep.
(The basis of this move is to act like some one is pulling your core up with a string.)
Next move, Keep your core tight and hop up then back, That is one rep.
